Willoughby 1806 model: Standard toilet shall include: to the floor anti-suicide skirt,elongated toilet bowl with contoured seat, integral crevice-free self-draining flushing rim with positive afterfill,and fully enclosed 3" O.D. trap which shall maintain a minimum 3 1/2" seal and pass a 2 5/8" ball. Standard toilet shall be blowout type which requires 25 psi minimum flushing pressure.
Standard lavatory shall include: oval shaped bowl,13" x 9 1/2" x 6" deep, stainless steel anti-suicide penal filler/bubbler, slow drain with air vent, elbow waste (1 1/2" FIP) and self-draining soap dishes. The lavatory valve is provided with stainless steel anti-suicide pushbuttons.

Fixture shall withstand loadings up to 2,000 lbs. with no measurable deflection and loadings up to 5,000 lbs. with no permanent damage. Cabinet interior shall be sound deadened with fire-resistant material.Anchoring shall be by standard 4-point system:1/2" threaded rods, nuts and washers shall be furnished for walls up to 8" thick. Modified changes to aid against suicide attempts are designed, where possible, to eliminate holes and angles that can be used to hang or drape material used in a suicide.

Other optional suicide equipment includes hemispherical showerheads, bubbler spouts and pushbuttons. All of these items are machined from stainless to have a severe radius to prevent use as a tie off. Also in suicide prevention cells all of the piping is concealed in the mechanical chase.
