OLDCASTLE PROVIDING 1,032 CELLS FOR NEW SAGUARO CORRECTIONAL FACILITY IN ELOY, AZ

March 2006 Telford,PA / Eloy,AZ: In order to keep adequate supply of available beds to meet anticipated demand Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) is adding another facility at their Eloy, Arizona complex. CCA's newest six building facility, Saguaro Correctional Facility, will add 1,896 beds and cost approximately $100 million. It will be located adjacent to the Red Rock Correctional Facility which is currently under construction.

Oldcastle Precast Modular Group (OPMG) was awarded the contract to manufacture and erect the 1,032 precast concrete prison cells for the newest CCA-Saguaro Facility. OPMG will manufacture and fully outfit the precast cells at their plant in Chandler, Arizona. In addition to installing all of the windows, furniture and light fixtures, OPMG will pre-paint the cells before shipping to the site.

This inmate housing expansion marks Oldcastle's fourth prison project with Corrections Corporation of America. OPMG is also casting, outfitting and erecting the precast cells for the CCA-Red Rock Correctional Facility.

The Red Rock Facility is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2006 and the Saguaro Faclity is scheduled for completion by the second half of 2007.

The general contractor for this project is Moss & Associates of FL and the Architect of Record is the DLR Group of Nebraska.
